if your idleing that high you might want to search for vacuum leaks, the likleyhood of it being just an adjustment is pretty slim.

Most Honda Idle Screws are right at 12'o'clock if you look facing the TB Plate Opening towards the intake tube. Shouldn;t be able to miss it.

Yeah, that Screw at 12 o'clock above the opening of the TB, thats the one i thought it was, so i turned it towards the front of the car(to about 3 or so) and it did nothing...hmm vacuum leaks, fun stuff..ill have to check that. Thanks

Check the TPS>>>>>>>>its somewhat adjustable.
Make sure the throtle calble is adjusted and lastly.......clean the throtle body.
The usually are all gummed up.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys, took a look at the car this afternoon, turned out it was a torn vacuum hose. Lucky for me I started checking hoses, and it was only the 3rd hose i had checked which was broken
